RUNU hasn't launched yet. These terms cover only the pre-launch website and waitlist at this domain — not the RUNU app, which doesn't exist publicly. When RUNU launches, separate or additional terms will apply to using the app itself.

Scope

By using this website or joining the RUNU waitlist, you agree to these terms. They apply only to this pre-launch website and the waitlist — they don't govern the RUNU app, which doesn't exist publicly yet.

RUNU is currently operated by David de Sousa Coelho as an individual — there is no incorporated RUNU company at this time. These terms are an agreement between you and this operator. We use "RUNU," "we," or "us" throughout to refer to this operator. See Contact for how to reach us.

Joining the waitlist

• You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist.
• You provide an email address, which we'll ask you to confirm via a one-time link (double opt-in) before your spot is secured.
• You may optionally agree to receive marketing updates — this is a separate choice from joining the waitlist itself, and is off by default. We are not currently sending marketing emails; the confirmation link is a transactional message, not marketing.
• Joining the waitlist does not create an account, does not involve any payment, and does not obligate you to anything beyond confirming your email if you'd like to stay on the list.

No guarantees

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee:

• That you'll receive an invitation to use RUNU.
• A specific launch date, or that RUNU will launch at all.
• Availability of RUNU on any particular platform or app store.

We may change our plans for RUNU, the waitlist, or this website at any time.

Referrals

If you arrive via a referral link or code, we record it for attribution purposes — to understand how people found the waitlist. We do not currently offer any reward, credit, or priority access for referrals. If that changes, we'll update these terms and the website accordingly before offering it.

Acceptable use

When using this website or the waitlist, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's email address without their permission.
• Attempt to submit the waitlist form in an automated, bulk, or bot-driven way.
• Attempt to manipulate referral or attribution tracking.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to this website or its infrastructure.

We may remove waitlist entries we reasonably believe were created abusively or in violation of these terms.

Intellectual property

The RUNU name, logo, mascot, and the design of this website belong to RUNU's current operator (see Contact) or their licensors, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to RUNU's trademarks, branding, or content beyond viewing this website.

Third-party services

This site links to or relies on third-party services (see our Privacy Policy for which ones). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Availability & changes to this site

This is a pre-launch informational website. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it — including the waitlist itself — at any time, without notice.

Disclaimers

This website and the waitlist are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including — to the extent permitted by law — warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that this site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RUNU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Future RUNU app

When RUNU launches publicly, using the app will be governed by its own terms of service, published at that time. Joining this waitlist does not bind you to those future terms in advance.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the pre-launch site evolves, and again when RUNU launches publicly. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do. Continuing to use this website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you live elsewhere, this does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you're entitled to under the law of your own country — those rights, where they legally cannot be waived, continue to apply alongside these terms.
